You may be an existing customer and noticed that our product tiers have increased and changed. If you previously purchased a Droplr product, you are grandfathered into the product you originally purchased. So if you’re an annual or monthly paying Pro customer, you’ll continue to receive the features you originally paid for, month to month or year to year. Some Free users may receive notifications that they exceeded their bandwidth or storage limits. Rather than resetting bandwidth on a monthly basis, we are resetting bandwidth on an annual basis.
