fixing a website

Third party integrations are an integral feature for all-in-one screen recorders as they allow for direct sharing, editing, and video viewing with other apps. These integrations reduce time spent switching between different apps and increase work efficiency by integrating disparate functions and features. As such, the best all-in-one screencast tools include integrations with popular video upload, project management, and team messaging apps.

Choosing the Best of Screen Recorders

Screen Recorders with Integrations

Though Droplr, CloudApp, Snagit, Loom, and Screencast-O-Matic are all excellent third party screen recorders, there are some clear differences in quality with regards to integrations. Comaring Screencast-O-Matic and CloudApp vs Loom and Droplr, CloudApp and Screencast-O-Matic have the most integrations with other apps. Screencast-O-Matic in particular is the best choice for educators, especially those who conduct remote online classes, due to its numerous integrations with online education software.

However, Droplr and Loom are viable alternatives as both have several unique integrations of their own. Droplr is the best choice for customer service and product management teams that conduct frequent customer interactions. Loom is recommended for those who make use of its unique integration with Embedly by sharing videos with followers on Medium or fans and backers on Kickstarter. While Snagit impresses in other areas, it is not recommended for individuals and teams who prioritize 3rd party integrations as it is not cloud-based and therefore the user needs to either host all their own content or purchase Snagit’s Screencast cloud storage and video hosting tool.
